Prevention is Better than Cure !!
In the past 15 years we have restored countless Churches, Cathedrals and Stately Homes. The overriding observation we have made in that time is how most of the restoration work could have been avoided by simple regular upkeep of the building’s roof and rain water disposal system.
To that end we have set up a dedicated team of skilled operatives who will undertake all aspects of maintenance to ensure you get the maximum life from your building.
Services we offer :-
General survey of the buildings condition with report and photographs
Gutters and downpipes and gulley’s checked
Silt , vegetation and debris build up causing blockages
Walls checked for signs of dampness, algae, moss, washed out mortar and cracks
       Fascias, supports and falls checked
Broken tiles, debris on the ground, damp course levels and flashings checked
One off remedial action to address the problems above
Annual gutter clearance and building checks preventing problems before they occur

Every building is different in size and complexity but we would be happy to meet with you in order to tailor a solution that fits your needs from a one off remedial action to a longer term maintenance programme. We also have a large network of conservation partners from stained glass makers to timber treatment specialists, stonemasons and roofers if you require more substantial problems fixing.
